  • Soda Lake Overlook (0.15 mi one way, easy to moderate) About 800-ft steep packed trail to overlook of Soda Lake.
  • Soda Lake Boardwalk (0.8 mi round trip, easy) Mostly flat trail to an 816-ft recycled-plastic boardwalk on the lake shore.
  • Painted Rock Trail (1.5 mi round trip, easy) Pedestrian-only trail to Painted Rock; closed Mar 1-Jul 15 except guided tours.
  • Wallace Creek Trail (0.75 mi round trip, easy) Self-guided interpretive trail along a San Andreas Fault offset.
  • Caliente Ridge Trail (7 mi one way, moderate) Ridge trail with panoramic views of the plain and Temblor Range.
