National Wildlife Refuges in Wisconsin

Wisconsin has 8 national wildlife refuges, all run by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service: Fox River National Wildlife Refuge, Gravel Island National Wildlife Refuge, Green Bay National Wildlife Refuge, Hackmatack National Wildlife Refuge, Horicon National Wildlife Refuge, Necedah National Wildlife Refuge, Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge, and Whittlesey Creek National Wildlife Refuge. 1 is closed to the public.
